Criteria

* Must have 4/5 T9.25 (ilevel 245) or better. (Prefer some T9.5 (ilevel 258))
* Must have ToC 25M | ToC 10M Heroic | ToC 25M Heroic weapon(s)
* Must have a 310% Proto (multiple protos helps)
* Must have high achievements points (5000+ -- 7000-8000+ is HIGHLY PREFERRED!)
* Rare Titles are a HUGE +++++

Original owners are preferred.
