Self-Play

You play your own character together with the boosting group.

• Participate in the dungeon
• Suitable for most regular key levels
• Loot traders may be added when available

Piloted

An assigned booster completes the agreed service on your character.

• Available for selected orders
• Account access is required
• The exact booster location is disclosed before payment
• Do not log into the account while the order is active

The available method will be confirmed before the order begins.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

• Accepted orders are completed manually.
• Automated bots are not offered.
• Boosters are not permitted to use cheats or unauthorized gameplay software.
• Booster location is confirmed before a piloted order.
• Exact completion time depends on group availability and the requested key.
• Loot drops are controlled by the game and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed package is agreed.
• The customer must disclose existing account restrictions before a piloted service.
• Customers should not log into an account during an active piloted order.

COMPENSATION POLICY

If an accepted order cannot be completed, the customer may choose:

• A replacement group
• A rescheduled run
• A replacement run
• A refund for the unfinished portion

If a run was specifically sold as timed and is not completed within the timer, the compensation terms agreed before payment will apply.

Random loot results are not refundable unless a guaranteed loot package was purchased.
