Character completed 7/7 bosses in Nomal Mode, 7/7 bosses in Heroic Mode and 1 boss on Mythic Mode! so there will be no problem to join anyone pug raid or guild raid with those achivments and gear that with good rotation makes 25k to 27k dps.
