Describe the problem: On 11/6/2023, I reached out to the EpicNPC user "No2sicx94" regarding the above hunter for sale. We chatted on EpicNPC then moved our conversation over to discord (where I have screenshots of the conversation). I promptly made payment at his asking price and the deal went very smooth. On 12/7 I receive the attached email stating that the email has been changed on the account. This is a very obvious indication that the account has been recalled by the user "No2sicx94" - who also stated that he was the original owner of the account. I reached back out via discord to make him aware that the account has been recalled and has failed to respond.

I'm currently trying my best to look into the issue. I have never had an issue like this with any of the accounts I have sold. All my accounts are under fake names unless stated otherwise.
In regards to communication I responded promptly I did not ignore the buyer , I have a real job outside of epic as well.
I purchase accounts under fake, names, real names etc , pre created fake names with active subscriptions. I have sold accounts like this man times with no issue. I asked the buyer for more info on what was done with the account prior to the blizzard mail change, but have received no information. There isn't much I can do , but I'm more than willing to try to get the account returned to the buyer , but I need more information. Battle . Net accounts are always risky and I try to provide the safest I can when selling them .

The account was purchased by myself from the original owner whom i have raided with and had multiple dealings with and I am confident he would nit mislead me. I will be looking into the issue and will be trying to reach out to him as well. But if you could provide any details as to what was done during your ownership it would be helpful. thanks.
If you could provide the email that was used as would be great

Dear @EpicNPC

I am writing to formally address a discrepancy in the sale of a World of Warcraft account that I recently purchased through EpicNPC. The seller, in their original listing and subsequent communications via EpicNPC and Discord, explicitly stated they were the original owner of the account and assured its status as a "Non reseller account, 100% safe guaranteed." This representation was a critical factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase.

However, it has come to my attention that the seller is not the original owner, a fact they admitted on this thread. As per Blizzard's communication, there has been a recent request to change the account's email address, suggesting the account was recalled. This development directly contradicts the seller's initial claims and raises concerns about the account's security and authenticity.

Under these circumstances, had the seller disclosed the true nature of their ownership, I would not have agreed to the purchase. I believe a thorough investigation by the EpicNPC moderation team is warranted in this situation. I am fully prepared to provide all necessary evidence and documentation to support this inquiry.

Given the situation's complexity, I prefer to communicate solely through EpicNPC for record-keeping and safety reasons. To resolve this matter, I propose that, pending the investigation's outcome, the seller should issue an immediate refund. This approach, I believe, will prevent a prolonged and complicated resolution process.

I have always valued my experiences and transactions on EpicNPC and hope for a swift and fair resolution to this matter. Your attention and assistance in this issue are greatly appreciated.
