WOTV FFBE account failed to transfer to new ownership

THis is the transaction in dispute:

Due to the way the seller set up the dummy gmail accunt with too many device association and added a phone number (both a big no-no if trying to create account to sell), when after purchase the buyer (that's me) try to update the info it set off multiple flags by google and the account is locked and currently seems impossible to recover. Seller is trying to recover and see if we can salvage this mess.

name of the image files will explain the situation. Basically payment made, but seller account is either not his original or compromised, and have previous account info that cant be replaced. IN the end, the gmail account cant be "owned" by me and seller has no idea how to fix and communication has been stalled.
