The most I'll spend on an account is $80. It doesn't matter if the character is stripped or is twinked out for its level. The account also needs some time on it(1 week at least)
I would prefer that the account hasn't been botted on or powerleveled to get to the level it's at. I would also like repped members. TWV is a bonus.
