Hello, I have a WoT NA account that I am selling which has a brand new "clean" GMail email, also the account has never had a phone number tied to it.
It contains 13 tier X along with 4 premium, but only two really worth talking about, and 19 vacant vehicle slots. Most tank crew have 1-4+ crew skills on them.

Everything else comes with it I am not putting a price on it.
