Just in case you're wondering why you couldn’t research this tank, it's because I have the experience bar locked (Free XP). You can see in the screenshot at the top that all currencies are locked (indicated by the red symbol) to prevent accidentally buying it with Free XP or other resources. This is a mod from Aslainmodpack.

Btw with the Gold (60K) I have you can defo increase the amount premium tanks you have in this account. For example (I uncheck the lock key for gold) Czech I got 0 tanks but you can buy it in the tec tree.
