80 Blood Elf Paladin
Full T9+ prot set, 39,300 hp unbuffed. I was regularly tanking ToC 10/25 with this toon and is geared for ToGC 10. He is dual specced Ret and has a dedicated PVP set (all furious or relentless gear) - Ony 25 (ilvl 245) weapon, 4.5k base AP, 27% crit, 27.3k HP, 809 resilience. Currently holds a few thousand honor points and ~300 arena points. Also has a Ret PVE set for hit/expertise cap and all that jazz. I had been working on a PVP holy set that is about 90% complete, deadly/furious gear. Has 427 Blacksmithing (enough to socket your own items) and 450 Jewelcrafting with 8 epic cuts. Has many achievements so that you can link those when grouping. Currently holds about 400 gold.

T8+ geared for healing, 2600 SP as holy/2450 SP as disc. Character is dual specced for both with holy being a full pve build and disc a pvp build (though the disc build includes many important pve talents without feeling pvp nerfed, still very much playable as pve. This disc spec was my preferred pve spec). Also has a standard pvp set, deadly for better geared. Currently holds a few thousand honor points and ~250 arena points. Has 450 Jewelcrafting with ~10 epic cuts as well as 460 enchanting with all current enchants other than Bladeward and Blood Draining. Has achieves for most current content. Also included with this character is the extremely rare Blue Proto Drake. Hold ~45 mounts and has many other achieves and titles. Exalted with all horde capital cities.
