+14 Grunil gloves (easy to upgrade more, got many hunters seals)
+9 Grunil Shoes (easy to upgrade more, got many hunters seals)
Tree spirit belt
+1 Mark of Shadow
+1 Mark of Shadow
Witch Earring
Earring of Concentrated Magic (same as Witch earring)
The grunil gear is gemmed with expensive gems
Fullset Grunil gives + 7 AP more, so total AP is now 145
The reason i havent upgraded the gloves and shoes is because i wanted failstacks to upgrade my accessories.
Heidel: 7 Milion pure, 30 milion in assets, lots of materials
Velia: 50k pure, 5,5 milion in assets, lots of materials
Altinova: 6.5 milion pure, 43 milion in assets, lots of materials
Horses & Wagon:
tier 5 horse (conqueror package), lvl 26
2x tier4 (male and female) with breeding attempts

1x Noble wagon with all wagon gear
