Why is RAF gametime for WoW so much cheaper than normal pre-paid cards?

People usually sell the RAF for 10k a month. For 2 months, that works out to a little over 2bucks...

Pre-paid cards though people ask for 30k+ .

Why is there such a huge difference? Why is the RAF cheaper?

Banned - You may not threaten this site or it's staff/users.

nah but for srs, goldsellers can easily turn 10k into $15+
I have a strong feeling they use these raf accounts to spam/move their gold, so if they make the accounts anyways, why not raf?
I also think there may be some trick in currency exchange or the sub fee is less in their country (they are all foreign)

@therealsnafu - You won't get the free month except you charge 1 month the account (actually the RAF seller charges), so the accounts are not only made to transfer the gold.

@exzgaming - They could use stolen CCs to charge the RAF inviter-account, thats the only pertinent explanation. And why not, GCs that have been reported to Blizzard as stolen by the worldwide authorized sellers. If you use any of those on your own account, you will get banned. But while the RAF account gets banned, the person who bought the RAF will get the month whatsoever. So why dump those GCs and CCs if you can get some money out of them.

Hope this helped,
