what do you think would be more advantageous to rent or house or get a mortgage.I think renting a house is better because you dont have to get into any debt and you mobility without having to qualify for a loan

The best advice I ever got regarding housing is this:
"Rent is the most you will ever spend on living arrangements per month. A Mortgage is the minimum."
So while you may be able to afford the mortgage just fine every month, could you afford to fix the roof if it suddenly sprung a leak? What if multiple things went wrong at once?
Also do the math on your interest rates. Unless you have a a good down payment you probably will end up paying more to own the house than you would have to just rent (just on mortgage vs. rent alone, that doesn't even factor in all the other maintenance costs).
