Where to add my thread to advertise list like this?

My question might be stupid but i can't find it,
I want to add my thread to advertising page like the pic below.

This comes with the Epicmember upgrade. It will randomly change the threads that appear on the homepage.

You can also purcahse the 'Featured thread' item in our shop.

That will display your thread in that location about 50% of the time.
