where should i go to sell my gold ?

50k gold in bank , 100 dollar + need for my girlfriend's birthday gift ( im planning on something big ) , she's my ava, all the time.

I'm trying to sell my gold off, the only trustful places i know are mogs.com and offgamers.com .

But is it safe to sell my gold to these guys ? Just advice or a link to guide me, i would love to follow.
