A few months ago this website was flooded with people selling monetization accounts & now it seem it's really hard to find a legit seller. The site has been plague with so many scammers now. A guy i used to buy from told me youtube policy changes made it harder to get monetized channels so that may be the issue.
But if you are a LEGIT seller im looking to buy Channel(s) with monetization enabled. I don't care what type of channel it is, if the subs are active etc, if you have strikes etc.... as long as monetization is enabled i am willing to buy!
