When should I receive the credits ?

Hey,
Bought about 6-8 hours ago 2000 credits ($16) by using Bitcoin. The payment went through, got the "This invoice has been paid" message, then clicked the blue "Continue to Epicnpc" button, but haven't received my credits yet. Couldn't find any information on the Credit System info page about how long it should take either.

Normally it takes about 10 mins to confirm a bitcoin payment, however in this case it took about 6 hours. This can happen if there's either an issue with our Bitcoin processor or with your bitcoin wallet. Out system stops checking after 1 hr, this is why the credits were never added.

Please PM me your bitcoin invoice # so I can confirm the payment and I'll add the credits to your account.
