Everytime I view a topic it seems like the tables are really messed up...

Happens to me sometimes too. I just close chrome and reopen it and it usually fixes it.

Never happens to me. I also use the dark skin, so I'm not sure.

Never happened to me, but this is a brand new version of VB, 4.0.2 I plan on doing an update shortly, so that should fix some of those minor bugs people are running into.
