Your account will be worth nothing if it's just a rushed TH base meaning all the walls, defences and every other buildings are not up to date.
Examples are:
- Level 9 Town Hall with Level 6 walls (PINK) and defences such as cannons have not reached Level 10. If one just reached Level 9 TH, then everything else should be maxed to at least Level 8 walls (Black Skulls) and defences should be level 10 or so and some missing small buildings. Small building and barracks DONT have to be maxed but they just speed up the training time.
- Level 10 TH with Level 4-5 walls. This appears more often than you think. The seller should ALWAYS post pictures of their base, obviously removing the name of their base and clan name. OR the buyer should always ask for pictures before buying.
Almost everything is wrong with this base. This definitely is not worth your money (something around $100 the person would offer you)
When buying, you should look for:
1. Town Hall Level
2. The Wall Levels - should be the same to the TH Level
3. Defensive Buildings - are they maxed or closed to max?
4. Troop Levels - easily upgradable by elixir, but still having level 1 barbs in TH 10 is definitely not good. (Barching is good when using to TH Snipe and Trophy Pushing) therefore you need decent levelled barbs.
5. Small building such as barracks and army camps.
6. Number of gems - since gems is a currency that can be bought BUT due to the fact that it can be obtained by finishing achievements and cleaning out obstacles, it shouldn't change the price too much. Don't be fooled.
7. Number of builders - always good to have 5 builders
