What to do if buyer is not responding to messages?

Hi guys I have bought an account from rsgp2me. He is a verified member which has been selling for a while apparently which has got me surprised but he's not responding to my Skype messages after sending payment. What can I do? I have been sending messages for over a day now and not had any response back. .

I can provide proof of payment sent if required.

Has anyone else been scammed by him?

If you got scammed please file a dispute thread in Active Disputes by using the Dispute Form.
We will investigate further from there.
