What does High End and Endgame mean?

I want to sell my game account and was looking at other threads to see what to put in the title. I'm guessing endgame means I'm up to date on the game content and high end is... valuable items on the account? The game is Project Sekai if that matters. Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I would assume "End game" is when you have completed everything in the game. New content etc. For High end, I would say that's close to being end game, but you still have things to do

That's correct for "end game", but "high end" means more than just reaching the end game. High end means you have completed hard to complete tasks, obtained rare items or achievements and the account value is much higher than other 'end game' accounts.

Okay, thanks for clarifying the distinction. My account is probably not high end then.
