I feel like recruiting him is a step in the wrong direction. He had a hand in what went down during the WoW eSports phase, and essentially ruined the game by catering too much to the casual player. What he failed to realize is without something hard to strive for, both the casual and hardcore gamers were alienated.

I stil wonder why people buy the game in the first place. As soon as i seen the previeuws i tought to myself "holy crap do people actualy play a game like this". I think they do. None the less it is no suprise the community sucks, the game attracts kids and mentaly unstable people who have no life. Sorry for those with a mental stable mind that do play it. But considering the essence of the game is beating the crap out of some other player what did you expect?

This game is clearly made for those that enjoy pvp and wanne be elite in it. When i look at all mmorpg's i played most of the elite pvpers are aholes and pretentios pricks. What do you people expect out of a game like this. That the community would be happy happy joy joy?

The comments about "when you play it with friends it is fun". Duh any game is fun when you play it with friends, even Age of Empires 1 is fun with friends. Even playing pong is fun with friends and the right amount of booze and food.

Being in Season 1-4 as a Diamond ranked player, I find that League of Legends is an extremely fun and competitive.
I find myself disliking casual games because at heart I'm a competitive player. I don't play game modes like Dominion or ARAM. Although ARAM is fun at times as a break, but not too often.

It's a great game, it's the best MOBA out there and the numbers don't lie. Also the esports half of LoL is awesome to keep up with.

I've dabbled a bit with HON and LOL. HON seemed a bit bland to me, but I'm guessing that's also because of the different sizes of users.

I'm thinking about playing LOL again though, but now that I'm working finding time to play is a bit tricky.
