What do you guys think of "cheaper / discounted" top-ups?

While we might not have as much in EpicNPC, but I've been wondering what are other people impression(s) for it.
This is mainly for mobile games / gacha games with In-App Purchase (IAP) / topups.
But will be fine for anything, like Steam, EGS, etc.

As for me:
I've been trying to find out how to do it myself (to no avail, yet, maybe?), but I always have that little bit of doubt when I buy it from others, be it locally or internationally. (Usually not in EpicNPC)

Accounts of games where I did buy them for doesn't seem to have been banned, though. So I have no idea whether if there's anything illegal in the process, or there's just a way for it (that I haven't found out how to do).

The only thing I can figure out is regional pricing - no idea where would be the "cheaper" region though.

I know it may be more common for USD, but what about the rest?

Alas, my USD gmail also can no longer use my GPC balance (since 1 or 2 years ago). Can still purchase if I pay with card, but not gpc balance.

the practice of cheap top up already appear from Clash of Clans game and Brave Frontier era

as for now, most of cheap top up that safe to do are Bandai Namco Game, and the oldest out there for group that provide this service should be whale dokkan on facebook group

regarding how to do it, it's fraud with credit card, you can try join the group on facebook and see when they will open the service for certain times and then close it for certain time before can provide the service again

in short they use credit card to top up the customer until certain number and then report it for chargeback or stolen, and then they need wait 90 working days until the bank issue new credit card again before they use it again

there are a lot of them, you should find lot of MM service on facebook group that accept to convert paypal and convert pre-paid credit like TELKOMSEL and it's for 20%-35% off, not 65%-80% (e.g. 100k telkomsel convert to 70k bank transfer)

with that amount they can offer 10% discount top up to other person using the credit

if in phillipines, should be using razer gold, since there are so many events or raffle to obtain razer gold that can be used to top up google play or steam

IMO if I care about a game enough to throw money at it, chances are I care about the account I'm playing - as such, rather not risk it with third-party top-up methods unless it's on an alt, but that rarely is the case.

See; that one Diablo Immortal player recently losing $35000 or something as a result of third-party topup services early in the games release. Even if you're purchasing from the game company directly through another region, there's no guarantee that they will deem this as circumventing their system and punish you according to how they see fit. They make all the rules in these situations.

Not sure how they get those GCs for cheap but in Singapore, there a tons of recharge shops that use the Google GC method
