What can you do to someone from another country who breaks an online contract?

Some make contracts with gamers who sell their gaming accounts in order to avoid getting scammed, does this really work? can you harm a scammer from another country who broke an online contract with you? what can you possibly do to him?

You don't need a contract. Most sales are legally binding in most countries as long as you have some proof of payment and the agreement. With or without a contact, it doesn't do much unless you plan to sue them.
