you will just need the min $5. You will not be in the top 100 so your good. You can be top 100 after the next grand development with all that gold and speedups. you will also want to bring over the farm as its stronger then many main bases. so another $5 but you can do that at any time. FYI, I have a person on facebook that asked for the account first, but if they don't get back to me today its yours.
