Were do i report a verified scammer?

Individual on site offered to buy a eve toon from me he is a verified member and had a online store since he's verified I trusted him and gave him account detail with him acknowledge in he will pay me once recieved. And him being a us veteran like myself I trusted this.

So he stole my account and now acting like I never existed. I have the skype chat saved .

Did you contact this person on EpicNPC or just Skype?

My guess it was a scammer on Skype impersonating the real member. If you believe it was the actual member, please create a thread in the Active Dispute forum and post info and proof.
