What is the dispute about?
I was trying to buy a bronya reroll account on HSR and he pmed me that he had one. Went through a whole ordeal with his paypal being blocked, and tried to do it with wise, and ended up settling using his "friend's" paypal. Anyways I sent the payment through, he said give it 5-10 minutes for him to call his friend to confirm, then he went offline.
