Not as good as before
I bought a 30 day 20 hour grind package and were promised 2 pilot that would know how to play my class and keep deaths low so my crystals don't break as often. I had to remove 1 pilot 10 days in because he was stealing loot scrolls from my daily login and trading in seals I have been saving for more loot scrolls and agris coins so he can complete his daily shifts faster. After I caught him, he was removed and another pilot was hired to replace him. I originally believed the pilots were not going to die as often so I let them use my expensive crystal set. After realizing they are not as skilled as promised, I made a cheap set for them so if they die it would not matter much to me. Throughout the order, they were instructed to grind at Ash forest, Crypt, Dekhia Aakman, Dekhia Road Sulfur, and Dekhia Pila Ku. All spots that are not a problem at my GS and has no 1 shot mechanics. As spots were changing, I realized the trashloot being farmed daily does not match with how much it should be (I grinded at every single spots myself). Their limit is 100k at the Valencia spots daily which meant 10k per hour. I can easily pull 14k an hour on a blue loot scroll. When I ask them to raise the daily loot, I was told pilots do not grind for 10 hours a day but often take breaks resulting to 7 - 8 hours daily. There are times I have logged in when they are suppose to be on and the account is sitting at storage with 100k trashloot already there meaning they do not grind for the 10 hours but just hit their daily quota which is a scam. This should be advertised as such. When I found out they were using my expensive crystal set again, I told them to stop using it and they refused to listen resulting in 13B worth of silver being lost from crystals. This seller is someone I used to recommend to my friends and other buyers asking me about their services, but after this order, I will no longer buy from them in the future.
