I bought gold from this website on 1/13/2010. I bought about 50k of gold. I asked them before hand if they had the gold. They assured they had the gold in stock, but a few hours later they were unable to deliver the gold. I thought no big deal. I will get a refund. They kept telling me wait for the manager. Now it's 36 hours later and no refund or gold. They keep urging me to remove the dispute and they will refund the money. I know they're trying to trick me. Here is the log down below.
