Wating for Paypal Payment to clear??

When people say that does it really take 3 days for it to go through. I have payed for two accounts off two different people and they said they wanted to wait for the payment to clear so 3 days later and both of them dont come online or answer there e-mails. Is waiting for a payment to clear a scammers way of doing things?

yea means they are putting the money in their bank account so you can not dispute it back

you can dispute it back , it will make theirs account paypal in negative and put collection agency on 'em

the best way to prevent scammers via paypal is to use the guides detailed and stickied at the top of this section - or in my signature (red link)

That is correct.

The only way to ensure that a buyer does not initiate a chargeback is to PHYSICALLY mail/fedex/UPS them a package with the Full Name | SQA | E-mail on the account. That is what I do for all people that pay via Paypal that are below +20 positive reputation. I will give them the username/pw up front if I believe that I can trust them.
