I traded My pally to this guy for his warrior on 9/26 I had talked to him sice just to see how he was liking the pally. I like to stay in contact with the people i trade accounts with incase something goes wrong. Here is that conversation

Sooooo i was trying to get the account back from bliz i mailed the letter and everything last week but i tried to log on the warrior and the password had been changed. I went to the WoW web site to retrieve the password and the email had been changed too. I put in his old email that was on the account to retrieve the password and it went through (to HIS emai) anyway I had been trying to contact him all day today and he just ignores me and signs off of aim I tried contacting him ingame on another account an he put me and my alt on ignore ...The worse part is i JUST put game time on it yesterday ...Here is the ATEMPT to contact him on aim (he signed of as soon as i said something about the Warrior.

and i recalled it yesterday
u said blah blah blah ill get the pally back it doesnt take that long i got the warrior back in 20 min
U call blizzard give them ur name acc secret andswer and email
and they give u the acc back

u gave me an excuse this might take a while blah blah
its been almost 2 months got sick of waiting
 
So you got the pally account, which was in your possession, scammed (your own fault)?

What right does this give you to immediately recall your warrior without telling him or at least even mentioning it?

So far his dates aren't saying it's been 2 months and he's given us aim logs to prove he's tried to remain in contact with you. If the account was suspended/banned/hacked prior to him being in contact with you, obviously common sense says for you to contact him about it.

I don't know, I'll input on this more probably later.
 
sure but when u figure out the whole pally situation u can messsage me here and ill unblock you til lthen Toodles i dont really care what you all haev to say just inacase hes not getting it back till i get the pally maybe it will motivate him to get it back quicker

You should give the account back immediately and I think something should be done to this user. Possibly a temp ban or a perma ban.

This guy contacted YOU to see how things were going and YOU said not to worry about rushing to get the account back because you lost it yourself...

Recalling your account to make him work faster is not justified. Very poor manners.

And the "/flex" just made you look more like a pr1ck.

Sorry I was out of town all weekend just got back. IF that was the case you would have talked to me instead of saying NOTHING and putting me of ignore instantly....BUT I did get the pally back and I did have to mail a notorized copy and a copy of my Drivers lisense to blizz which took more then 20 min sorry about that.

I dont want it back cause I dont trust you ... what i WOULD like is MD to do something so you dont scam even more people. Its people like this that give MD a bad name and keep people from trusting others. Whats even worse is now you can't even trust the TWV. I didnt have to even try to get the pally back it wasn't my problem. I did it to be nice I even paid for the notery.
