The ratio is negotiable based on quantity - shall You wish to purchase all 211 at once, I am willing to go to $0.55 per.
The trade'd occur as follows:
1) You post a character on Warmane Trade with a given name & realm
2) You issue the payment directly via Paypal or Trade Guardian without the need of a middleman.
3) I purchase said character to transfer the coins
