Practically all PURPLE EPICS... have purple for almost all slots, including off hand... but sometimes I use greens because of certain effects such as offhander green having the ability to heal 1k health!! but still have purple for that slot if you want a full purpled out character...
Its 5/8 T1 , 2/8 T2, rank 9 70% !
