I experimented a lot with hit because the warlock is top class in TBC. The hit cap is 16%, with the shaman we do 13%, in the first phase I played with 11-12% accuracy without the shaman. Everything else in Critical.
2x wands: Hit \ Crit
2x Cloaks: Hit \ Crit
2x Trinkets: Bis Crit \ Hit
Bonus: off-hand ap, Trink, т4 legs
Hit 13.08 \ Crit 19.19
Hit 11.65 \ Crit 22.12 (Shiffar's Nexus-Horn with druid+sham=31%crit in raid)
Mount 100% \ Fly mount 60%
Tailoring 375, Herbalism 380
Gold 2k+
Attune to phase 2 done
