Warlock has a destruction PVP set(for fun) and a serious resillience set. PvE was centred around deep affliction Mostly - but great for destruction.
4/5 S4 + S3 weapon. 3/8 T6 and 5k gold.
Paladin has been used to mainly tank ZA with his great protection gear. Pvping was done as retribution.
Holy was an offspec - gear suitable for both pvp/pve.
Warlock has the gear to enter a starting sunwell guild, and has the gear to potentially team up with people up to 2000 rating.
Paladin can tank ZA easily, along with hyjal trash. Could possible bring him to guilds starting t6 content.
Holy gear isnt that great but will fit fine with low end t6 and/or high end t5 content. Can also pvp with some of this pve gear to reach a suitable amount of resillience.
Retribution gear is enough to find decent pvp teams.
