Warframe ps4 need help !

for 1 week ago i traded my account on pc EU to a ps4 US account!

for 2 days ago i bught a 10$ card on g2a and added that to the account, i bught 170 platinum but i havent got them yet. and i cant acces psn from the warframe game

it just says this content cannot be selected at this time!

can this be becuase iam from sweden EU and the account from US ?

If you made it as a US Account, then added US Dollars, then I do not see why it wouldn't work.
