Wanting to buy one of the aged accounts - But!

There is no place on the entire site to Create an account. There is just the Login and Forgot Password, and neither of those links-on-fail to a Register New type of thing.

So how exactly is one supposed to become a shopper here?

 

I am logged in to the Forums.
My forum login/pass don't work for the Store, and I still haven't found any place to set up an account to log in there.

 

Yet you have an account and are logged in...
