want to remove the False feedback

the buyer didn't buy from me, no order. And he gave me a False feedback because I didn't answer his quesiton, and what he asked, I already indicated on my item description. So I don't want to waste time to answer him, cause I am too busy

already bought an account, that's why I gave that feedback because he wasn't answering my questions in regards to the account that's why I bought it to check it myself. There is also a similar complaint about him from another user with the same item he was advertising.
