I am looking for an account to smurf with so it MUST have a LARGE champion pool (80 champs or more) with pretty good rune pages (4 or more preferred) since i am an all rounder.

**DO NOT try to offer me an account that isnt around 80 champions and expect me to buy just because it is in plat/diamond or because it has rare skins. because i WILL NOT care about that lol**
