1) ascended 4/5* Shemira 309 with engraving (or enough engraving materials on the acc)
2) ascended 4/5* Belinda 309 with engraving (or enough engraving materials on the acc)
3) as an advantage, but not a must, Nemora 9 furniture.
Options:
- if any of above are not 309 you need to have materials on the acc - red chests with emblems or red furniture cards or huge aount of PoE coins
- flexible acoounts built-for-sale with a lot of resources in the bag are preferable
limitations:
- Please do not offer whale/dolpin accounts with high VIP and high price. I wanna buy cheap account.
- Purchase thru middleman is preferable.
