Your connection is a business (cooperate) connection with a proxy. I'm sorry, due to the proxy it will be blocked.

Please use a residential ISP as it's common for cooperate connections to behind proxy or firewalls.

Sorry to say it but you re wrong. It's just my internet connection in France by FTTH, you can check this by whois. I think your "anti proxy" system is just a lil bit aggressive and not calibrate.

We do not use a normal IP address lookup tool, those mainly provide basic data and can be tricked more easily.

The service provider we use provides us with much more detailed information about IP addresses. Including incident reports, fraud, spam, reputation score over time and many other data points.

In your case it's shows it is not a residential IP address, but a commercial IP. Maybe you're using a public wi-fi, at work or using a work phone with privacy software enabled The connection show's it's behind a proxy, so we can't accept any payment.

There's always a possibility it's a false positive, but in those cases, we'll err on side of caution and still not accept payments. Sorry.
