We have reworked our VPN detection system to better enforce our no VPN/Proxy rule. We have also added a new exclusion rule for members that have Two Factor Authentication enabled.
If you have 2FA enabled and a VPN is detected the system will not auto-ban you or add a warning to your account. This exclusion was added because we noticed many veteran members use VPNs for time to time and this was an annoyance for both them and our support team. With 2FA enabled, we know the account is not compromised, so there should be a need to add a warning.

The same 2FA exclusion is set for the "Country Mismatch" alert. If you're travelling or mistakenly forget to turn off your VPN your account will no longer be disabled or have the warning added to your profile.
