This thread pertains to a Skype user vitor.roman85 that was impersonating an EpicNPC member vitordepaoli. vitordepaoli was not at all involved in this complaint.

I did, you linked a transaction thread and he's the only person who posted in it, you did not supply any other usernames where the dispute form asks for them, and yeah you also copied the feedback template and not the scam template.

vitordepaoli notified.

He had a negative and you were aware about it but still decided to take the risk and purchased from him. The other negative that you left him was removed because you failed to respond in time to it and i had no idea that a email notification was necessary since you was online a few days earlier and we usually email-notify people that haven't been online for over a week.

Anyhow vitordepaoli have been notified through email also. Ban 24 hours from now if no respond.

Yes, I do admit that it was risky to take a chance. It's a learning curve for me as well, learning from my mistakes. Didn't know about middleman services, now that i do, will use them in the future. As for the scammer, i have nothing to lose, i already lost 29$(no big deal), just want to make sure that others don't get scammed by this guy in the future.
I had to dig through history( almost 2 weeks) to find the website, because i couldn't remember the whole name. I haven't logged in weeks. Only thing that i can think of is that the last time that i have logged in, at the end of the session i haven't logged out. So your server thought i was logged in the whole time.

vitordepaoli IP shows he's from Ireland, but your Skype shows Spain. His email used for contact and for Paypal payment is also not the same email on vitordepaoli's account. I see nothing that links vitordepaoli to the person you were talking to.

How do you know you were talking to vitordepaoli?

That's his Skype, which again you do not show any proof of. Right click his name in yoru Skype list, click Profile Details and take a screenshot of that window. That shows the real Skype username

I person can have multiple accounts, might be working with someone else, he might have an imposture we don't know. About IP, I am not saying that's what he is using, but anyone can use proxy to misdirect to another country, there are many ways out there to change IP. But with the information and proofs that i have provided don't necessarily make victor a scammer so the benefit of the doubt should be given to him. If he has really nothing to do with this act, I do apologize for leaving his a negative feedback.

I can confirm it is an imposter , i just added vitordepaoli to skype ( got his skype from 1 of this threads) and this is what i see -

That won't happend unless he gives you his peronsal details himself. This indeed looks like an impersonator trying to be you vitordepaoli. Elthz this thread will be moved to Scam Buster if you can't provide anything else that proves this is the same guy.
