Virtual currency selling, Paypal and Canadian Income Taxes

The past year I have made a substantial amount of income from virtual currency and account selling. I have done a bit of searching via the googles and can't find much to do with paypal and the CRA. Does Paypal report to the CRA like they do the IRS? Is it still 20k worth of transactions or 200 transactions? If you have any experiences with this, any help is mucho appreciated.
