Sweet Dance is a competitive music game similar to Audition but also with different modes.
There are many different genres of music in the game, KPOP, JPOP, EDM, POP are some examples.
The main things you will spend diamonds on are for the thousands of outfits, events or gacha eggs (spent almost $200 alone on getting the cloud)
There is also an option of finding a "lover" and having a baby to dress up.
Mounts and wings are probably the most rare and expensive items to try to get.
