The locked obelisks are 180 or 200 procs. All the isos are at least 6 stars. Lots of Uru.

Make a reasonable offer. Not 100% on selling but i only check in everyday right now so let's see whats out there.
Oh and the account is also the leader of a lvl 30 alliance. Its not an active alliance but its already max lvl so you can start recruiting.

 

Seller refuses to use middleman and even wants to go half half to take the money first, adamant on not using the services, best to ignore.
