Verify my account, name question

Hello, so i currently want to verify my account.
The thing is, my paypal account includes my mother's last name, which is not show on the id. Will i be able to verify my account if all the names and father's last name are right but my mother's last name? I tried removing the last name on paypal, but it doesn't seem to be working, it loops constantly back to profile page. Also, is the id photo required, or a pic of the id withouth photo will work?

For our Verified upgrade, ID is required.

The name on the Paypal account must match the name on the ID. If you're using your parents Paypal accounts, you can still use your ID as long as the last names match.

Im not using my parents paypal, its my paypal.
The only difference, for example, is that my paypal name is "John Michael Smith Johnson" and my name on my ID is "John Michael Smith", with "Johnson" bein the example of my mother's last name, which for some reason i decided to add on my pp account.
