Verified Upgrade Question

I purchased the Verified Upgrade about 4 days ago and haven't gotten a notification or email about it.

I was just wondering how long it usually takes for this process?

Over the last few days we've been having an issue with Paypal payments were some of them are not being recorded into the system. It appears your upgrade was one of them. We'll have it processed today. Sorry for the delay.
