Verified problem. Paypal email must be the same as the pic email

LONG STORY SHORT READ IT ALL :

I don't have paypal, the user [MENTION=600815]Satur[/MENTION] will pay for my verification cause i dont really use paypal. I work as a booster for him and he will send 10$ to your paypal.
So, Medved name on paypal is not my same name, therefore the name on the pic will different.
You can check Medved verified name and paypal name to see they coincide and i send pic of ID + one pic of the same id including my face in it (like localbitcoins).

TL;DR :
-Medved pays my verification with his paypal, he's already verified you can compare names
-I sent my ID pick which will be different than the paypal email though cause itì's medved paying not me !

IS that possible? Cause i cannot use paypal

The point of id verification is so that the user being verified is submitting id. we make exceptions that users submit their parents id. Not other users this defeats the purpose of users getting verified.

I can submit my ID and my facebook too (5y old you can check it for it to see it's true) cause i cannot use paypal.
The user Satur (who's already verified) will pay for me using his pp

I have BITCOIN but pverification requires paypal.
If it's about bitcoin i can buy it anytime !
