Bought a lv. 10 faceit acc and got bad service afterwards

So... I bought this level 10 FACEIT account from the guy...
Everything worked perfectly, went smooth, the product was correctly sold.

Well, at least I though so.

After a few days, without even really playing on the account (around 10 matches), I get home after work getting a message from faceit.

"Your ELO has been adjusted by -406 ELO as a cheater was caught playing with you in 18 matches you've played in."

Obviously this is a sign of VAC boosting - Not that I knew that was the case in the first place, but when I returned to the seller speaking about the problem the seller stood out as a bad seller.

He totally denied everything, claiming that it was my own fault that the elo has been lost, and that his FAQ says that it doesnt refund it.
I'm just like, well you sold a product that isn't what it was pretended to be?
I asked him to either refund me or give me another level 10 account, and then he started talking about that the buyer got the account hacked on the acount and ****.

I can't really recommend a buy here, since the guy turns completly around when the product isn't what it seems to be.
Treat your customers right, and the customers will treat you right.
A sellers first mission is to please the customers at any cost, can't really a product that isn't the product the customer ordered.
