Usually less than 24. Only Admin can take care of this.

Hello, I uploaded my ID, verified my phone number, and paid the fee.
@EpicNPC CM has guided me on how to verify a 2nd phone number, did so and PM'd him for an update but still no reply.
48+ Hours have passed since then and I haven't received the badge.
